What's the deal with some dogs and their barking?

Hey, what's up? Man, I swear dogs are just the absolute best companions, aren't they? I mean, they're always so happy to see you, and their loyalty is just something else. My dog, he's a total goofball, always chasing his tail, but he's also incredibly smart when he wants a treat. What kind of dog do you have? And seriously, what's the deal with some dogs and their barking? Mine sometimes barks at literally nothing, and I'm like, 'Dude, chill!'
